Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Education and Training

Due to the variation in CPD requirements and methods of calculation between different states and professions, participants are responsible for ascertaining the CPD value of the courses completed, particularly as many professional schemes require participants to “self-certify” CPD attendances. For Lawyers

Australian lawyers in all states except Western Australia* may be eligible to earn mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points by completing our online courses (1 CPD unit per hour). *At this time Law & Cyber is not accredited as a provider of CPD in Western Australia.
